Our role
Algorier operates a marketplace that connects Creators, who list algorithms, with
Users who buy access to run them. For these marketplace transactions and Creator
payouts, we act as an intermediary that facilitates the transaction and processes
the related data through third-party payment providers.
We never take custody of your trading funds. Your capital stays in your own exchange or broker account at all times. Algorithms run on your own connected account, under risk settings you choose.
As Controller
We process Personal Data for:
User accounts
Purchases, payments, and Creator payouts
Marketplace transactions between Creators and buyers
Platform usage (AlgoBuild, Algo Network, AlgoRun)
Customer support
Website analytics
As Processor
In some cases we process data on behalf of third parties, such as:
Strategies written by Creators (kept confidential; not exposed to buyers)
Backtesting and forward-test data
Trading activity executed via your connected APIs
Payment & payout data
Billing details (handled primarily by payment processors)
Creator payout details (handled primarily by payment processors)
Communication & technical data
Messages sent via support chat or email
IP address, device / browser information
Usage logs
AI processing. We use AI to convert user-written strategies into trading algorithms. However: AI does not make decisions about users; there is no profiling under GDPR Article 22; and human oversight is always present.
