These Terms of Use contain important information regarding your rights, obligations, limitations, and exclusions related to the use of Algorier services. Please read them carefully before registering or using the platform.
Algorier provides a suite of intelligent platforms and tools designed to help users create, automate, manage, and analyze their personal trading strategies across crypto, forex, commodities, and global stock markets. Algorier also operates the Algo Network, a marketplace where users can list their own trading algorithms and purchase access to algorithms listed by others, to run on their own personal accounts.
Algorier services are accessible through the official website: https://www.algorier.com.
"You" or "User" refers to any individual or legal entity that agrees to these Terms or uses the Services. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. These Terms apply to end users of the platform and do not apply to API developers, who are subject to separate agreements.
By registering, accessing, or using Algorier, you agree to these Terms as well as any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy and Payment & Refund Policy). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Algorier. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Services.
Algorier may provide certain basic features free of charge. These may include limited strategy creation, browsing algorithms in Algo Network, or limited backtesting. Algorier reserves the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time without prior notice. Availability may vary depending on jurisdiction.
Advanced features — including extended backtesting, listing algorithms, accessing advanced analytics (including fundamental and sentiment data), and enhanced risk management settings in AlgoRun — require a subscription plan or applicable usage fees. Access to an algorithm listed on the Marketplace is purchased separately, at the price set by the Creator (see Section 4). Certain features may integrate third-party services, for which the respective third party is responsible.
By using any feature, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant descriptions on the website and understand how they function.
The Algo Network is a marketplace that connects Creators, who list trading algorithms, with Buyers, who purchase access to run them. For Marketplace transactions and Creator payouts, Algorier acts as an intermediary that facilitates the transaction and processes payments through third-party payment providers. Algorier is not a counterparty to the trades you execute on your own connected accounts.
Creators may list algorithms on the Marketplace and set their own price. A Creator's underlying logic remains confidential and is not exposed to Buyers; Buyers see performance information such as backtests and forward tests. Creators represent that they own or have the right to list their algorithms and that their listings and performance data are accurate and not misleading. Creators grant Algorier a limited, non-exclusive license to display their listing, name, and performance data to operate the Marketplace. Algorier may remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
Buyers purchase access to an algorithm at the price set by the Creator, then run it, at their own risk settings, on their own connected exchange or broker account. The decision to buy and run any algorithm is made solely by the Buyer. Algorier does not recommend algorithms, does not allocate your capital, and does not manage your funds.
Creators keep the majority of each sale; Algorier retains a Platform Fee, disclosed at the point of sale. Payouts to Creators are processed through third-party payment providers.
To use Algorier, you must:
You must create an account to access services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain the security of your account, and be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Account creation is free. Algorier reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Algorier may offer free trials for evaluation purposes. The trial ends upon expiration of the specified trial period, activation of a paid plan, manual cancellation, or termination by Algorier. After trial expiration, services will transition to the selected paid plan (if activated).
You may not:
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account deletion without notice.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA), protect login credentials, log out after use, and monitor account activity. Report unauthorized access immediately.
Algorier offers subscription-based access to platform features.
Auto-renewal may apply where specified. Marketplace purchases (buying access to an algorithm) are separate from subscription plans and are priced by the Creator.
Due to the digital nature of services, refunds are granted only in documented and legally valid cases.
Algorier grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform. Except as expressly permitted for listing algorithms on the Marketplace under Section 4, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, and you may not attempt to access or extract another Creator's confidential logic.
Algorier may deploy updates, security patches, and performance improvements. If material non-conformity occurs, you may request correction or, where applicable, subscription termination.
Algorier may suspend access due to non-payment, legal requirements, fraudulent or illegal activity, or security concerns. Suspension does not eliminate payment obligations.
Algorier may display third-party content, including:
